Great leaders and managers are invested in the growth of their people as we as their own self-development so the BRAVEwork® programme has been created to help navigate the challenges faced by today’s leadership teams.

The BRAVEwork® programme provides a blend of facilitated videos, useful information and resources, knowledge evaluation and regular group live sessions for Q&A, discussion and celebration. I’ve created a learning path so teams know they will be supported every step of the way, yet have the freedom to learn at their own pace.

Managers are already busy, so each learning lesson is short on time, yet big on impact. We will focus on the specific areas of development needed, rather than bombarding managers with so much information at a time that it becomes impossible to retain. The learning path is designed to advise when you’ve completed what you need for each group call, so the journey doesn’t go off track or feel rushed.

There will be exploration, uncovering more about self and be equipped with the tools to motivate, develop and drive the whole team to success, all the time fostering a collaborative team culture founded on trust and belonging.
