We know it’s the right thing to do. We know that it will reap benefits in our personal and professional lives. But we get stuck on knowing where to start. At work we receive unconscious bias training or training on avoiding discrimination.
As useful as that can be, it often misses the point of creating a true, deep sense of belonging for everyone.
I wrote this book to encourage positive action. Knowing that when kindness and positive intention leads us, and that when inspiration guides us, we move forward.
We make change. We make progress.
